All services — including aircraft teardown, removal, scrapping, engine extraction, and coordination — require a signed agreement before work begins. No verbal discussions or quote submissions constitute a contractual obligation.

The service agreement will outline:

Equipment required
Payment terms
Timeline and site access requirements

Aircraft Disposal, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by site inaccessibility, airport coordination, weather, or third-party vendors.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate aircraft and location details
Ensuring legal right to dispose, remove, or part out the aircraft
Coordinating access with airport or site officials as needed
Disclosing any hazardous materials (e.g. fuel, chemicals, batteries)

Failure to meet these requirements may delay or void service.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability
